Cluster Sales & Marketing Manager - Luxury Boutique Historical Properties, Laos & Cambodia
Position Based in Siem Reap, Cambodia
Role Overview:

• Manage sales and marketing for two luxury boutique historical properties.
• Develop strategies targeting luxury markets in the USA, UK, Europe, Australia, and local Asian markets (Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand).

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in luxury hotel sales and marketing in Cambodia, Thailand, Laos, and/or Southeast Asia.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of the Southeast Asian hospitality market and trends.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Single, preferred or married with no children.

Package:
US$48,000 per annum
