หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
* Plans, organizes, and implements housekeeping programs, projects, and other related activities.

• Manages and conducts daily briefings / random inspections of the housekeepers in their respective areas to ensure the cleaning standards are achieved.

• Conducts orientation and/or training sessions with the housekeepers on their duties, responsibilities, and accountabilities.

• Monitors the maintenance of the entire site’s environment in keeping with TDCX’s corporate image and ensures that housekeeping standards/procedures are followed at all times.

• Performs general cleaning of all the office facilities (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, etc)

• Keep a check on cleaning stock levels and inform the Caretaker of low stock levels (eg. cleaning products)

• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
