หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Make Time Attendance Report
• Collect data and record face scanning of new employee in Time Attendance System
• Collect data and record working time, absence, leave of employee in Time Attendance System
• Record and update Employee registration, Organization chart, E-mail & mobile phone number list
• Monitoring the support of good relationship between employees and employees, employees and company
• Planning annual training plan and finding training course
• Record employee training record in individual employee training history
• Arrange orientation for new staff
• Check stock and order stationery & office supply, office medicine, issue PO in ERP system and follow up delivery
• Take care and manage the reception when customers or guests come
• Take care the oil credit card, M Pass, in order to confirm the using is related to the disbursement and make petty cash from accounting department to pay money.
• Reserve a restaurant, reserve hotels, and golf court in Thailand
• Organize company event with HR&GA team such as new year party, half year party, company trip etc.
• Interpreter & Translator
• Interpreter task according to assigned (Thai-Japanese-English) such as internal department meeting, speech at company event etc.
• Translate task according to assigned (Thai-Japanese-English)
• Another task as assigned

คุณสมบัติ
คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• เพศหญิง อายุไม่เกิน 30 ปี
• สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี
• ประสบการณ์HR / GA 1 ปีขึ้นไป จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
• จำเป็นต้องมีผลคะแนนสอบภาษาญี่ปุ่น JLPT N3, N2, N1
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี มีคะแนนToeic 600 ขึ้นไป จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• พิจารณาเฉพาะเรซูเม่ภาษาอังกฤษเท่านั้น
