HR Recruitment Specialist Chinese speaking

- Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles.
- To source candidates using various of search methods to build up candidates’ pipeline.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings and face to face interview.
- Developing and implementing recruiting strategies designed to attract top candidates for open positions within the organization.
- Manage onboarding and new hire process.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Thai Nationality
- At least 3-5 years of recruiting experience with management skill
- Has high Self-Motivation and Ambition.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
- Strong labor laws
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good command of English or Chinese
