Organizing & managing the interview arrangement and providing assessment reports.

Handling end to end recruitment process to ensure the result is met our target.

Proactively searching, identifying, networking with and directly contacting candidates both internal and external by using a variety of channels.

Coordinate with universities and vendors for Campus roadshow.

Able to conduct interview over the phone & face-to-face in order to screen candidate based on jobs competencies.

Support recruitment activities such as Job Fair and Mass Recruitment.

Execute recruitment strategy as planned or new initiative to support job achievement.

Responsible for transform data, monitoring and track employee database

Preparation performance Evaluation probation process

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัครงาน :

1. Bachelor's Degree of Political Science, Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology or any field related
2. At least 1-3 years experience in Recruitment will be advantage
3. Knowledge in Statistic Tooling and Competency are preferable
4. Effective communication and Eager to learn in new knowledge
5. Excellent in computer literacy: especially on MS Excel (good level).
6. Able to coordinate with other functions and work well under pressure.
7. Good command of written and spoken English
