Key Responsibilities:

• Drive performance improvements across the value chain, focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency
• Lead the site’s continuous improvement efforts, including Lean and Six Sigma initiatives
• Manage the improvement project portfolio, from ideation to implementation and impact assessment
• Develop and coach a team of improvement agents and experts
• Ensure best practices are shared and implemented across the site

What We’re Looking For:

• Expertise in continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma)
• Strong project management experience
• Hands-on mentality with a proactive and resilient approach
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP
• Fluent in English (CEFR/ALTE level B2/3)
