A BOI promoted Thai-Japan-German JV in major manufacture of automotive part with Worldwide export. Our located in Amata City, Rayong Province (40 min from Pattaya, 90 mins from Bangkok), is a growing plant with about 1,000 employees. Currently products for the divisions Chassis Control, Powertrain Solutions, Diesel Systems and Electrical Drives are produced there. Also pass-through business is handled for several divisions.

Job Description

• Perform project coordination and administrative duties.
• Be an important part of SAP S/4HANA Rollout project in Amata Plant.
• Creating Communication Plan to communicate SAP S/4HANA Rollout project updates and status reports.
• Leading and coordinating 'Organizational Change Management (OCM)' in Amata Plant.
• Handling of Authorization management in Amata Plant.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Qualifications

• IT, Science, Engineering, Logistics or related fields
• Experienced in manufacturing line or logistics area for over a year.
• Playing an important role in Project Management or being familiar with Project management.
• Good communication-negotiation skill both in written and oral, English (TOEIC >= 550 would be advantage) and Thai
• Capable of organizing effective meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Being flexible and open to regular changes
• Systematic thinking, Can do attitude, Problem-solving, Lifelong Learning
