Lead Expert Regulatory Affairs TTH APAC

This role assists the Manager in partnering with businesses and customers to promote and accelerate innovation for growth. It involves advising departments such as Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and Quality Assurance on regulatory matters in Thailand and potentially other APAC countries. The position is responsible for securing product approvals and maintaining regulatory compliance across APAC markets for the entire TTH business. Additionally, it manages regulatory affairs to ensure all operations comply with applicable regulations within Thailand.

Your key responsibilities
- Contribute to the synergy efforts for the development of the global product approval strategy in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage the Dossiers preparation for product approval in collaboration with product and project management based on the global regulatory affairs strategies in APAC. Adapt and submit the dossiers to the local authorities in APAC, follow up on the approval process
- Work with Product Management and production sites to prepare and maintain in order to secure compliance of company / product documentation to law while Quality Assurance & Product Management are accountable for the correctness of product documentation.
- Responsibility for regional representation, networking and shaping activities in APAC
- Provide input on changing regulatory environments in APAC
- Contribute to the development of dsm-firmenich opinions in the area of Reg. Affairs and QM in APAC
You bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field; such as genetic engineering or biochemistry
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record of successful regulatory submissions and approvals
- Knowledge on regulations and standards on food, food ingredients, food additives and/or pet food (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in both Thai and English (written and verbal)
