Hold Bachelor/Master s degree of Law.
Formal qualification in Law and admitted to practice law in Thailand or any other common law jurisdiction.
At least 15 years post-qualification experience, preferably in private practice and in-house, working in law firm is a plus.
Obtained Attorney-at-Law License.
General commercial experience and exposure to a range of issues.
Litigation and dispute resolution experience.
Strong drafting skills and negotiation experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, evolving environment.
Highly proficient in English and Thai language (in speaking, reading, and writing).
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders from a range of experience levels.
Ability to adapt to changes and to diverse cultures and individuals.
