Manager, Business Enabler Compliance TH

- Provide advice and recommendation to business enabler function on regulatory requirement of all key regulators including Bank of Thailand, Securities and Exchange Commission, Office of Insurance Commission, National Credit Bureau Company.
- Act as a contact person of business enabler function in coordinating with regulators, including seeking all necessary regulatory licenses, approval and regulators recommendation.
- Update new regulations related to business enabler function to all related parties in a timely manner and provide training to BUs on a regular basis.
- Report key non-compliance incidents related to business enabler function including providing root cause analysis of the non-compliance, update change in compliance risk themes to management and related committee on regular basis.
- Conduct risk assessment, scheduling Compliance Program, and conduct Compliance review for business enabler function
- Establish, review, provide advisory and handle matters related to Insourcing Policy and Own Sandbox Policy.
- Liaise with regulators to facilitate regulatory examination and follow up on any remedial actions taken to address the issues raised during the examination.
- Focusing on IT Compliance.
- Other tasks as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline (Accounting/ Finance/ Economics/ Law)
- 3-5 years of experience of relevant banking background in established bank / financial institutions
- Understands the industry and the factors that can affect regional and corporate goals; uses industry knowledge in planning and decision making.
- Stays abreast of current developments and trends in all relevant laws/ regulations/ technical/ professional knowledge area
