As a market researcher and telemarketer in Terrapinn, you are responsible for:

• The research and management of data relevant to Terrapinn’s Thailand-based events ensuring quality, completeness, and integrity as per the requirements given by Terrapinn’s marketing team. This helps to enhance marketing activities and improved accuracy and efficiency in data collection and mining.
• Sourcing relevant industry lists and/or directories with sufficient contact details for the marketing team
• Call to validate researched companies and contacts
• Engage contacts to invite them to the event.
• Quality, accuracy, and completeness of the data

For your secondary role as a local specialist, you are responsible for:

• Assist with accessing local services and resources,
• Identifying and connecting individual or organisations/agencies with local opportunities
• Conducting research and analysis on local trends, issues, and opportunities to keep the team up to date.
• English to Thai Translation Work
• Localising content for event marketing materials

Your role entails.

• Internet research
• Phone research (we will provide you with local SIM cards. You do not have to use your personal lines)

This is a 4-month WFH assignment and we are looking for a Thai who fit the following criteria

• Effectively bilingual in English and Thai (written and spoken)
• Can commit from November to Febriary 2025. Possible monthly extension depending on work performance.
• Work collaboratively with the Marketing team (based in Singapore) on a daily basis
• Interpersonal skills to build rapport, establish meaningful relationships with the team
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Power Point, and Word.
• Familiar with Google Documents
• Attention to detail: The data researcher is responsible for the accuracy, quality, and integrity of data. Therefore, it is crucial that you pay attention to detail and have a drive for excellence.
• Communication skills: As phone research is required, you MUST be comfortable with making calls and handling rejections from external parties.
• Strong understanding of the local community, and knowledge of relevant laws, policies, and resources.
• Must be based in Bangkok, Thailand
