::: KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :::

• Ensure the MOPU is maintained in good working condition and all systems, machinery and equipment is operated with good engineering in accordance with applicable rules and regulations or procedures.
• Carrying out activities to ensure the safe and efficient functioning of all aspects of the Maintenance Department.
• Execute mechanical preventive maintenance of all mechanical equipment including rotating equipment, hydraulic systems, static equipment, and other systems as per schedule.
• Daily visual inspections and checks of plant and machinery as directed by supervisors.
• Watchkeeping duties as required including making regular tours of inspection of machinery and ensuring that accurate readings are obtained for the completion of logbooks as directed supervisors.
• Execute and coordinate actions to maintain utilities and energy sources necessary to support daily production.
• Report on spare part and consumable requirement and suggest improvement for the schedule and the frequency of preventive maintenance.
• Complete mechanical maintenance logbook, work order summary reports, daily time sheets.
• Ensure a safe and comprehensive handover is given at shift or crew change with all pertinent operational and maintenance information to relevant personnel.
• Adhere to Company Safety Standards and promote safety culture among the ranks throughout the Company.
• Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as required by the management.

:: QUALIFICATIONS :::
Knowledge & Qualifications:

• A diploma in engineering with major in mechanical engineering with knowledge of technical and safety standards.
• Good knowledge in TEG system, gas turbine and gas compressor.
• Good knowledge in CMMS.

Experience:

• 3-5 years or more in offshore experience specifically in operating floating vessel i.e MOPU / FSO / FPSO.
• Preferably 1-3 years experience as Mechanical Technician.

Required Certificate:

• Valid T-BOSIET certification
• Valid fit for offshore work certification (Annual requirement)
