Job Description


1. To be responsible for maintaining and updating of the company’s quality system procedure (QSP) for the production department
2. Perform production line analysis and supply instant feedback to production department. Discuss with production personnel on major defects detected and work out solution and corrective actions immediately
3. To carry out internal calibration for all the equipment used in the production departments. To assist other department in the calibration work when necessary. To ensure all calibration labels are valid
4. Study and recommend to the management on the improvement of quality and work method to reduce cost and improve efficiency of production
5. Monitor closely the production parameters for all the machine lines and report the deviation to production personnel and work out corrective actions with them. Ensure timely corrective actions are taken by the production department
6. To perform R&D on the raw material to ensure the quality of input to production lines are according to standard and also to recommend to management on new raw materials that can reduce cost of production and improve glove quality
7. Understand management direction clearly and work according to management directions
