Project Management Consultancy (PMC) Roles for LNG Import Terminal Project in Southeast Asia
We are seeking highly experienced professionals to join our team for a prestigious LNG import terminal project in Southeast Asia. This is a large-scale project requiring expertise across multiple disciplines, all with significant Project Management Consultancy (PMC) experience in LNG import terminal projects. International relocation is available for the right candidates.
Open Positions:
1. LNG Tanks PMC Engineers

• Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the design, construction, and installation of LNG storage tanks.
  • Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations and international standards (API, ASME).
  • Manage project timelines, quality checks, and adherence to project specifications.
• Qualifications/Experience:
  • 20+ years in LNG tank engineering.
  • Proven PMC experience in large LNG import terminal projects.
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

2. Mechanical Engineers

• Responsibilities:
  • Lead the mechanical systems design and oversee equipment selection and installation, including pumps, compressors, and HVAC systems.
  • Ensure mechanical operations meet LNG terminal efficiency and safety standards.
• Qualifications/Experience:
  • 20+ years of mechanical engineering experience, including LNG terminals or large infrastructure.
  • Strong background in PMC roles with a focus on LNG projects.

3. Piping Engineers

• Responsibilities:
  • Design and oversee the installation of piping systems for LNG operations.
  • Ensure piping layout, material selection, and stress analysis comply with industry standards.
  • Work closely with mechanical and process teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Qualifications/Experience:
  • 20+ years of experience in piping engineering, including LNG infrastructure.
  • Hands-on PMC experience with complex piping layouts in LNG terminals.
  • In-depth knowledge of codes and standards (ASME, API, etc.).

4. Electrical Engineers

• Responsibilities:
  • Manage the design and installation of electrical systems, including power distribution and control systems.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and optimize energy use.
• Qualifications/Experience:
  • 20+ years of electrical engineering experience in LNG or similar large-scale industrial projects.
  • Proven PMC experience in managing large electrical systems for LNG terminals.

5. LNG Tank Structural Engineers

• Responsibilities:
  • Oversee structural design and integrity for LNG storage tanks.
  • Ensure designs meet seismic, wind, and load-bearing requirements.
• Qualifications/Experience:
  • 20+ years in structural engineering for LNG or similar infrastructure.
  • Strong experience in PMC roles for LNG tank design and construction.

6. Process Engineers

• Responsibilities:
  • Ensure efficient LNG process operations, including gas handling, liquefaction, and regasification.
  • Work closely with mechanical and safety teams to ensure all processes are safe and efficient.
• Qualifications/Experience:
  • 20+ years in process engineering, with a focus on LNG import/export terminals.
  • Solid PMC experience in managing process design and operations for LNG terminals.

7. Risk and Safety Engineers

• Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement safety protocols and risk management strategies for the entire terminal.
  • Ensure compliance with global safety standards and best practices.
• Qualifications/Experience:
  • 20+ years in risk and safety engineering, with experience in PMC for large-scale LNG projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of HSE standards and risk management in LNG operations.

8. Marine and Jetty Engineers

• Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, construction, and maintenance of marine and jetty facilities for LNG vessels.
  • Ensure safe and efficient loading/unloading operations.
• Qualifications/Experience:
  • 20+ years in marine and jetty engineering for LNG or oil and gas projects.
  • Proven experience in PMC, overseeing marine and jetty infrastructure development.

9. Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Engineers

• Responsibilities:
  • Oversee quality management systems across all phases of the project.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications and international quality standards.
• Qualifications/Experience:
  • 20+ years in QA/QC roles for large-scale LNG or oil and gas projects.
  • Strong background in PMC and quality management.

10. Instrumentation and Control Engineers

• Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement control systems for LNG terminal operations, including SCADA, PLC, and DCS.
  • Ensure precise control of all LNG processes and systems.
• Qualifications/Experience:
  • 20+ years of experience in instrumentation and control engineering, specifically in LNG operations.
  • Strong PMC experience with large-scale control systems.

11. Civil Engineers

• Responsibilities:
  • Manage the civil engineering aspects of LNG terminal construction, including foundations, roadways, and utilities.
• Qualifications/Experience:
  • 20+ years of experience in civil engineering, particularly for LNG or large industrial facilities.
  • Significant experience in PMC roles for infrastructure projects.

12. Environmental Engineers

• Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations throughout the LNG terminal project.
  • Implement environmental protection measures and sustainability initiatives.
• Qualifications/Experience:
  • 20+ years of experience in environmental engineering for large industrial projects, particularly LNG.
  • Experience in managing environmental assessments and permitting in PMC roles.

Qualifications
Key Qualifications and Requirements for All Roles:

• Experience: Minimum of 20 years of experience in the relevant engineering discipline.
• PMC Experience: Proven track record in Project Management Consultancy (PMC) roles, specifically in LNG import terminal projects.
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of industry standards, codes, and best practices.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage large-scale projects.
• Relocation: International relocation is available for the right candidates.
• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in the relevant engineering discipline. A Master's degree or MBA is an advantage.
• Certifications: Professional certifications in the relevant discipline are highly preferred.
