• Perform detailed inspections of product samples to evaluate quality and identify any deviations from specifications.
• Apply sampling techniques and testing methods to assess product quality, ensuring compliance with established standards.
• Follow company or customer-provided sampling inspection plans to maintain consistency and accuracy in quality assessments.
• Work alongside internal and external auditors during audits, providing necessary documentation and support to verify adherence to quality standards.
• Keep detailed records of inspection results, documenting issues and reporting them to relevant stakeholders.
• Investigate causes of complaints and devise countermeasures in collaboration with team members and other departments.
• Prepare for customer process audits, ensuring all necessary documentation and quality standards are met.
• Implement improvements based on audit findings, collaborating with team members as needed.
• Actively participate in design reviews to ensure quality requirements are integrated.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Education: Diploma or degree in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Effective communication skills to interact with on-site teams and management.
• Language: Fluency in both Thai and English is required.
• Travel: Willingness to travel regularly to Chonburi and various manufacturing sites across Thailand.
