RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Call Management: Handling all incoming calls and inquiries.
- Visitor Assistance: Greeting and assisting visitors and clients.
- Desk Supervision: Overseeing areas managed by the receptionist desk, including mail, couriers, vendors, suppliers, and car parking coupons.
- Conference Room Preparation: Supervising the setup of conference rooms.
- Administrative Duties: Performing various ad-hoc administrative tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Fluency in Thai and English, both spoken and written.
- Some experience in a receptionist or service role is preferred.
- A good personality and strong communication skills with a service mindset.
- Confidence and problem-solving abilities.
