Primary Responsibilities Include
- Taking pride in impeccably preparing rooms for incoming guests through cleaning, and replenishing linens, towels, and amenities to create a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere.
- Providing thorough cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces, paying close attention to detail and ensuring that cleanliness standards are met or exceeded.
- Attending to various guest requests such as providing extra amenities, or offering information about hotel services and facilities in a helpful, professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Reporting maintenance issues or damages to guest rooms to the appropriate department for prompt resolution and to ensure a meticulous environment for guests.
Requirements
What You Bring:
- Ability to engage in physical tasks such as lifting, pushing carts, and standing for extended periods.
- An eye for detail to ensure that rooms are properly cleaned, supplies are replenished, and any maintenance issues are reported.
- A respect for guests’ privacy; upholding professionalism and integrity when handling guest belongings with care and maintain confidentiality regarding guest information.
- Effective time management skills to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
