Sales Coach Finland B2C - Bangkok

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Finnish-speaking Sales Coach to lead our B2C team in Bangkok.
As a Sales Coach, you will play a key role in guiding, developing, motivating, and coaching your team of 10 sales representatives to achieve successful sales outcomes.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Leadership: You will be the primary role model for your sales team, responsible for guiding them towards set goals and success. You will create a positive work environment and provide guidance and support to your team members.
Development: You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing talent within your team. Through training and individual coaching sessions, you will help your team members improve their sales techniques and reach their full potential.
Motivation: Part of your role will involve motivating and engaging your team members. By providing positive feedback, rewards, and recognition, you will encourage them to strive for success and exceed their goals.
To be successful in the Sales Coach role, the following is required:
Experience: You should have prior experience in leading and coaching a sales team, preferably in telemarketing or related fields.
Communication Skills: You should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and engage your team through clear and effective communication.
Results-Oriented: You should have a strong drive to achieve sales targets and the ability to manage and analyze sales data to optimize your team's performance.
Leadership Abilities: You should have the ability to inspire and lead your team by setting clear goals, providing feedback, and creating a positive work environment.
