Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our innovative Ed Tech company. As an SDR, you'll play a vital role in our mission to transform corporate learning and development in Thailand by identifying and connecting with organizations that can benefit from our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily cold calls to HR, L&D, and business leaders across Thailand
- Qualify and nurture potential clients who align with our mission of workforce development
- Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations (20-30 per month) for our B2B learning solutions
- Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions in our CRM system
- Support lead generation efforts for our corporate training and development solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities
- Help organizations understand how Future Skill can address their learning and development needs
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in Corporate Sales, Telesales or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong phone presence and consultative approach
- Basic understanding of corporate training and development
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
- Strong interest in Ed Tech and corporate training solutions
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset
- Experience in an edtech company, IT software, and training is a plus.
