Pay: ฿180,000.00 - ฿200,000.00 per month

- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to THB200,000 + Commission + Variable bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
- Lead and grow the Thailand sales team, while developing effective sales strategies.
- Build and manage channel strategies and recruitment efforts.
- Plan and execute business strategies to meet sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and explore new market opportunities.
- Analyze business plans, sales activities, and market conditions to boost sales revenue.
- Hire, train, and mentor the sales team.
- Develop strategic objectives, financial forecasts, and budgets. Oversee the sales process with clear metrics for management.
- Create global pricing strategies and revenue goals to align with business plans.
- Stay updated on industry trends, and track competitor movements.
- Work with the Thailand sales team to plan and implement distribution strategies and lead-generation programs.
- Foster key customer relationships and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
- Set pricing policies, including volume discounts and key customer terms.
- Drive sales of company solutions (Credential Management, Strong Authentication, Single Sign-On) through distributors and channel partners in Thailand.
- Collaborate with channel partners to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Work with distributors and partners to build a strong sales pipeline and nurture new business opportunities.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- 10–15 years of proven IT software/services sales experience, with a strong track record in key account management, particularly in the Banking and Financial Services (FSI) sector.
- Experience with solution selling methodologies, especially in software solutions, is a plus.
- Previous experience in enterprise security solution selling, with expertise in Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (both written and spoken). Experience in a multinational company is preferred.
- At least 5 years of IT channel sales experience, ideally with a background in IAM solutions.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives (C-/EVP/FVP level) in major banks and the FSI sector to meet sales goals.
