The position
This position reports to the Customer Engagement Director. You will lead strategic Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) initiatives to enhance productivity and performance. This involves conducting profiling, segmentation, and targeting (PST) efforts to identify business opportunities and optimize resource allocation. Additionally, you will manage the design and execution of Frontline Incentive programs to motivate teams and ensure alignment with desired behaviors. Your key tasks include:
This position reports to the Customer Engagement Director. You will lead strategic Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) initiatives to enhance productivity and performance. This involves conducting profiling, segmentation, and targeting (PST) efforts to identify business opportunities and optimize resource allocation. Additionally, you will manage the design and execution of Frontline Incentive programs to motivate teams and ensure alignment with desired behaviors. Your key tasks include:
- Maximize effective commercial operations by collaborating with Sales and Marketing to ensure effective implementation of the SFE framework. Drive tactical and strategic SFE activities with cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment with business strategy and optimize resource allocation. This includes customer profiling, segmentation, targeting, territory alignment, structure and deployment, customer target setting and operational call planning. Ensure compliance with the SFE Framework and SFE Fundamentals across the business area.
- Ensure effective strategy and execution of frontline incentives, encompassing the entire process from planning and design to implementation in alignment with regional guidance to motivate frontlines and drive performance with the right behaviors. Conduct the target-setting process using data-driven methods to ensure equitability and fairness across all business units. Work closely with related stakeholders on incentive calculation and final payout.
- Provide SFE and frontline incentive insights and data to the affiliate management team. Establish systems and tools to track performance against relevant KPIs through timely and high-quality reporting. Inspect the outcomes of SFE, frontline incentive insights, and sales performance reports, exploring reasons behind the results and providing suggested action points.
- Monitor and facilitate best-in-class performance within the affiliate. Develop training programs to ensure all relevant functions know and apply SFE and frontline incentive tools effectively.
- Manage and implement both regional and local SFE projects, actively overseeing project implementation, including the delivery of specific materials and milestones in connection with business requests. Optimize resource allocation to minimize project deviations with affiliates, ensuring clear communication of outcomes for project closure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in SFE or Commercial Effectiveness, preferable in the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated analytical capability and proven strategic ability to synthesize insights, create focus, and influence the organization to move forward.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience in working cross-functional teams and presenting insights to senior stakeholders as well as strong project management.
- Thai native speaker with good written and spoken English communication skills is required.
