POSITION SUMMARY:
We are searching for a Sales Leader, AR, ASEAN who possesses the leadership skills to operate effectively in a matrix environment and have confidence in driving aggressive growth plans to operate effectively in a matrix environment and have confidence in driving aggressive growth plans. The person should have a consultative and collaborative style, proven track record / achievement. THE ROLE
This role is responsible for executing devising, developing and strategies and actions plans to accelerate growth plans in Thailand together with Local functional leaders (i.e. Innovation, Operations, Finance, HR, IT and Supply Chain) to achieve overall organization's objectives. In addition, this role would have to liaise with Multi-discipline team including support functions, to delight our Internal and External stakeholders.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Other duties may be assigned beyond the core functions listed below.
The responsibilities of the role are to implement the required action plan, manage business plan and growth strategy for Thailand activities to support efforts to achieve go to market strategy, drive key customer relationships, key project negotiations, delivery and partner engagement activities to support efforts in achieving sales, EBITDA and market share growth. The role shall carry out tactical activities to increase market coverage and continuously enhance efficiency to make a fair profit. In addition, it is to support key tasks, including marketing, strategic planning aligned with global / regional vision and aspirations aligned with Regional vision and aspirations.
The assigned territories include Power Transmission business in South East Asia. This individual is expected to grow the existing business from over US$20 million to US$27 million in the next few years.
The Sales Leader, AR, ASEAN specific responsibilities will fall into three primary areas:
Maximum 3 pointers per accountability
Accountability #1: Customer (Internal / External Stakeholders)

Execute the strategy to grow share of wallet for targeted accounts

Leverage on application expertise for direct selling to key stakeholders and influencers

Build and sustain relationships up to and including key C-level executives for key customers
Accountability #2: Process / Performance

Execute robust sales strategies by segment via in-depth understanding of market trends and competitive landscape

Lead account planning activities and support sales engagements

Develop channel coverage by market segment and support countries to develop right partners

Implement direct channel sales and marketing skills and competencies metrics

Execute standard enterprise selling process, opportunities and pipelines management
Accountability #3: People

Provide guidance and coaching to improve sales teams' effectiveness

Support Talent acquisition, assessment, development, retention and succession planning

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS/ QUALIFICATIONS & PREFERRED SKILLS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
This person must have at least 10 years hands on experience in MNC to drive aggressive expansion plans and business transformation in the assigned countries or region.

Minimum 10 years, proven track record in enterprise sales and/or business development

Solid sales planning with sound commercial acumen

Key account sales planning and sales engagement

Previous major account selling experience required

Effective communication skills in both written and verbal

Strong presentation and influencing skills

Capability to lead Regional team member
REQUIRED SKILLS:
-
Must have hands on experience and be able to directly lead and execute Greenfield expansion plans.
