Service Engineer(TLA)-Thailand

Responsibilities:
- Business Management: Responsible for the delivery of software and hardware related to laboratory informatization/intelligent solutions as well as operation and maintenance support, LIS and IT problem escalation support and processing, assisting in the construction of regional service capacity, and organizing and collaborating in project management.
- Product Management: Responsible for tracking the use of TLA informationization service products, exploring customers' high-value needs, continuously promoting product design optimization and improvement, and implementing the high-level functions of the products;
- Customer management: design and optimize service solutions for different customer groups and provide technical support for implementation;
- Communication and coordination: communicate effectively with internal and external customers and marketing departments, coordinate resources and promote each other to promote high-value demand planning, client implementation, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor degree or above, majoring in communication, electronics, biomedical engineering is preferred;
- Experience: more than 3 years of relevant work experience, project management experience is preferred
- Knowledge and skills: good teaching and communication skills; good information gathering and analyzing skills; adapt to frequent business trips; adapt to cross-cultural environment;
- Good written and spoken English skills.
- Good knowledge of computer and office software;
