Anytime Fitness is on the lookout for a creative and highly skilled Social Media & Content Executive who can take the lead in curating our digital presence and fueling the conversation around our international fitness brand.
As our Social Media & Content Executive, you'll be the creative genius behind our online identity, actively shaping and executing our content strategy to captivate our audience and strengthen our brand presence. You'll work closely with our Marketing team to capture and develop content that not only engages but also inspires.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conceptualise, develop & execute objective driven Social Campaigns alongside high-quality visually appealing and engaging Creative Content for the brand across social channels, i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Google, Tik Tok. Content deliverables include videos, photos, animations, GIFs, Tik Tok content & other design elements that will be used on online & offline marketing channels.

• Shoot and edit high-quality photos and videos to promote our gym services, events, and community. Create dynamic content for use across both organic and paid campaigns.

• Produce content which includes video filming, video editing, photography, and content creation.

• Capture photos and videos during corporate events and other communication initiatives.

• Manage production and ensure timelines are met from conceptualisation, assets delivery to post-production.• Monitor and analyse the performance of social media content and campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly to continuously engage and grow our target audience.

• Initiate and manage outreach efforts to establish partnerships with influencers.

• Provide support to the Graphic Designer to create graphics, posters, and any other marketing collaterals.

• Keep up with the latest industry trends, competitor research, and best practices related to content creation and distribution. Continuously learn and adapt to changes in the digital landscape to stay competitive and relevant.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT

• Minimum of 2-3 years in content creation, video production and photography. Fitness industry experience is a plus.

• A Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or a related field.

• Strong technical understanding of photography and video production.

• Proficient in photo and video editing (Adobe Creative Suite).• Ability to think outside the box and create innovative, fun, and engaging content.

• Strong project management skills & the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment independently.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• A plus if you have passion for fitness!
