หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
• Leading, consultation and supervised staff for traubleshooting.

• Problem review, problem prevention and consultation (Ad-hoc meeting with customer).
• Have familiar with enterprise network and service monitoring tools.
• Configuration maintain various network and security device (e.g. Cisco, Palo-auto, VPN, QOS Dynamic Routing).
• Provide support/troubleshooting to resolve issue.
• Dealing with escalated network support issue

คุณสมบัติ
คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Experience at least 5 years.
• Experience in an Internet Service Provider or Managed Service business.
• Hands-on experience with network operating systems including Cisco, Palo Alto, Aruba clearpassa, Fortigate,SD-WAN and IOS
• Understanding of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP) and routing protocols (e.g. BGP, OSPF)

• Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tools(e.g. Zabbix, Solar Winds network tools) • Hands-on experience with Cisco nexus switches 7900 ,Cisco Catalyst 3800, 3700, 2900, 6500

• Hand-on experience with Cisco Catalyst 9800/2504 Series Wireless Controllers and Aruba Clear Pass
• Hand-on experience with Next-Generation Firewall Palo-Alto , Fortinet , Juniper , Cisco , Sangfor and Mikrotik
• Hand-on experience with F5/Fortigate
