Embark on a dynamic 12-month journey with the Colgate-Palmolive Supply Chain Trainee Program, designed to kick-start your development and growth in the commercial realms of Supply Chain and Operations within the fast-paced FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
As a Colgate-Palmolive Supply Chain Trainee, you will be immersed in a comprehensive learning experience through well-rounded job rotations and impactful project assignments. This hands-on approach ensures that you gain the skills and insights necessary to excel in the business world.
Upon successful completion of the program, high-performing trainees will be offered a permanent role within the company, tailored to align with individual performance and our evolving business needs.

We are seeking:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree graduate in Engineering (Automation, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Control, Chemical, Computer, Industrial, Electronic, and other related fields) or Sciences (Mathematics, Chemistry, Computer Science, and other related fields).
• Up to 3 years of work experience.
• Proficiency in English, with a TOEIC score of at least 700.
• A proactive approach, with a focus on creating impact and taking ownership of your projects.
• A desire to grow and excel within a supportive team environment.
• A forward-thinking with growth mindset, embracing innovation and digital advancements.
• A commitment to leveraging data and digital tools to drive decisions and solutions.
• Able to work in Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate, Chonburi
