Responsibilities

• To deliver technical support to monogastric (poultry) producers in the Asia & African regions.
• Support account managers and distributors in delivering first-class service to customers.
• Establish long-term partnerships with key customers.
• Deliver technical support that increases customer retention and value.
• Manage and lead customer and university trials across the region.

Requirements:

• Ideally Ph D or a Master’s degree (plus industry experience) in poultry science, and at least five years of commercial work experience as a nutritionist with a focus on poultry.
• Work Location in Bangna, Thailand
• Reporting To Sales Director, Animal Nutrition & Matrix Reporting to R&D Director Ireland
• Product focus on Livestock Nutrition, Enzymes, Probiotics, Emulsifiers and Preservatives
• Species focus The largest portion of the business is Layer and Broiler poultry and developing swine accounts.
• Be the subject matter expert on enzyme and our Client’ feed additives: cost savings at the plant, performance & health on the farm, ROI and support regional long-term plan.
• Travel Asia Pacific, Middle East & South Africa and Ireland to GTIC in Naas
• Ability to communicate clearly internally and externally.
• Track record of delivering technical support in the Asia region.
• Willingness to live and locate in Thailand.
