Thailand - Sales Professional

Manages client accounts, ensuring that client needs are met, and solutions are delivered effectively. Responsible on support the development and execution of account strategies and contribute to profitable growth. Maintain regular client communication, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service. Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow the account portfolio. Actively monitor industry trends and adapt account strategies accordingly.
Responsibilities:

Provide strategic planning for assigned accounts.
-
Lead annual planning and growth productivity framework processes.
-
Act on defined strategy for account relations
-
Partners with leaders and teams across the organization to close sales opportunities and improve, redefine processes for results.
-
Achieve revenue goals and profitability targets.
-
Develop, Validate, Qualify, and Close sales opportunities.
Basic Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
-
At least 10 years of relevant work experience in IT services industry, with a minimum of 3 years in services sales.

Demonstrated success in account leadership roles, meeting or exceeding sales and revenue objectives and building client relationships.
-
Leadership and strategic planning capabilities, effective communication skills, and a history of contributing to business growth.
-
A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
-
Thai Native with Fluent in English
Additional Requirements

Experience in conceptualizing, planning, and implementing new products or services for large scale business entities.

Experience selling new and emerging technologies.
-
Proven sales leadership originating and closing technology services opportunities.

Client facing

Has or will earn credibility with Technology and other executives.

Global & international networking experience

High energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness, and ability to work well under pressure.

Strong facilitation and communication skills - both written and verbal

Team player of unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

Ability to interface and negotiate with client executives.
