Plan and manage quality and cost of service to ensure agreed standard quality is met or exceed at lower operating cost and align with direction and strategy
Business Performance and Management
People Management

• Effectively use Performance Management as tool to manage and improve team performance.
• Supervise and encourage subordinates to develop their knowledge and abilities, attending self-development courses according to the Bank's plans.

Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure all processes complied with related regulators (internal and external). Appropriate risk and control has been put in placed.
