Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and monitoring of compliance programs and policies
- Support the Compliance Officer in ensuring adherence to local and international regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering AML and KYC regulations
- Conduct daily compliance monitoring activities, such as transaction reviews and customer onboarding checks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance-related documentation and reports
- Help prepare reports for regulatory bodies and management regarding compliance matters
- Conduct research on regulatory changes and emerging trends in the crypto industry
- Assist in coordinating with various departments to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Help with the organization of compliance training sessions for employees
- Respond to internal and external compliance-related inquiries
- Support the team during audits and regulatory inspections
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a compliance or regulatory role, preferably in the financial services, fintech, or cryptocurrency sector
- Hands on experience with cryptocurrency regulations, blockchain technology, and the crypto industry.
- Familiarity with AML, KYC, and other relevant regulatory requirements
- Experience working with MASAK regulations is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- To be a citizen of Turkey with full civil rights
- Fluency in Turkish and English
