Job Description

• Launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Yemeksepeti Ads, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize ad performance on the self-service platform.
• Design and implement strategic growth plans with key partners to ensure sustainable, profitable product development aligned with Yemeksepeti Market’s objectives.
• Prepare detailed analysis of new projects and business ideas that will bring additional income to the company
• Coordinate closely with partners, teams, and agencies, aligning campaign efforts with Yemeksepeti Market's strategic goals and budget plans on a monthly and annual basis.
• Collaborate with Category Management, Marketing, Analytics, Business Development, and Delivery Hero teams to ensure intagrated campaign strategies and optimizations.
• Implement optimization tactics informed by performance data to drive effective advertising outcomes and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Deliver in-depth, actionable analysis on campaign performance, identifying insights and trends for continuous improvement.
• Present regular, comprehensive reports to stakeholders, highlighting key results and areas of opportunity for campaign growth.
• Support and refine the overarching performance marketing strategy, assisting with ongoing projects and conducting research to enhance campaign effectiveness on Yemeksepeti Ads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from the Communication, Marketing and Business departments,
• At least 5 years of Digital Marketing experience, preferably in an agency and/or social media agency,
• Proficiency in written and spoken English,
• FMCG experience, knowledge of the sector,
• Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills,
• Strong analytical skills, data-driven and results-oriented work,
• Working knowledge of media strategy and development experience,
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and set correct priorities,
• Having an initiative and proactive approach.
