Job Description
- Create and execute innovative brand strategies to increase awareness and market share.
- Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and communications.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, CRM and creative.
- Analyze the effectiveness of branding initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing-customer events and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within the quick commerce, food delivery or retail & FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
