Purpose & key responsibilities of the role

• You will provide customer support for Lenzing’s branding and licensing services, coordinating and liaising with potential brand & retail partners and taking responsibility for onboarding partners to the Lenzing E-Branding system
• In alignment with the Regional Marketing Manager, you will support regional B2B activities: connecting with targeted key retailers and brands in the region, developing & implementing winning co-branding campaigns to grow demand for the Lenzing product brands in the relevant textile segments
• In collaboration with Business Development colleagues, you will support B2C brand awareness, working with co-branding partners to initiate a co-branding program for all Lenzing textile brands; supporting the implementation of strategies to build strong brand awareness and image at the sub-regional level; and liaising with third-party marketing agencies (eg. PR, social media)
• You will develop collaboration projects with internal and external stakeholders (including retailers/brands, NGO’s, business management, business development, legal, sales and other) to achieve marketing and business objectives
• You will ensure timely delivery of monthly, quarterly, and yearly branding reports for the defined region.

Your ideal profile

• You have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Textile Engineering, Marketing, or Business Management ; and 1-3 years’ work experience in textiles, fashion, or marketing
• You are a self-motivated, proactive and solution-oriented team player, with solid analytical skills, a willingness to learn, and a flair for the creative
• You can work effectively in a multitasked work day, and can re-prioritize as needed
• An understanding of the textile/fashion supply chain, and experience in event planning & marketing principles, would both be an advantage
• You have excellent computer skills, particularly in Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
• You are fluent in English and Turkish, both written and spoken; and you have strong communication and interpersonal skill
