We are looking for an Assistant Financial Controller to join our Finance team in Istanbul. Directly report to Report & Control Director.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate, timely preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly and annual reports, variance analyses in accordance with Pepsi Co Policies and Procedures. (Variance Analyses, PBR Report explanations, discrepancies, CAPEX, AM Tracking, Aging, Prepayment Analysis etc.)
- Identify control opportunities and process optimization opportunities and develop projects for I2C, P2P, FA, MS, I/C and AGRO cycles with Operations, Purchasing, Marketing, Agro, HR and Logistics teams to improve controls and effectiveness.
- Influencing central and field supply chain, ops and purchasing functions to ensure continuous assessment of the compliance and effectiveness of control environment for P2P, FA, MS and I2C cycle and taking necessary actions to enhance controls.
- Preparation and ownership of OCF forecast for Inventory, DII, AP, I/C and prepayments and strong follow up, tracking during the year. Includes organizing and leading cross functional Working Capital meetings to identify Purchasing and inventory management actions that will improve Working capital and deliver OCF plan.
- Assign and coordinate productivity projects with related departments to improve DII and DPO
- Reserve calculation for general policies and specific situations
- Maintain strong, continuous control over company Fixed Assets, FA purchases in line with procedures, complete FA count, management of Investment Incentive process
- Ensure T&E process- in line with procedures and Pepsi Co Policies
- Ensure close communication and stakeholder management between Platin and Pepsi Co
- Contribute to long-term development of the Control agenda across Turkey business as a key member of senior Control team management
- Min 8+ years in Finance with strong control background
- University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or MBA
- Strong knowledge of USGAAP, IFRS and Local GAAP
- Excellent knowledge of English and Turkish both written and verbal
- Excellent knowledge of MS tools as well as ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP
- Strong team and people management skills, including managing a virtual organization
- Ability to work in a matrix organization
- Ability to influence others and resolve areas of ambiguity.
- Build effective relationships cross-functionally and influence direct customer groups
