Who are we?
Volt Lines is the only technology-enabled player in the Turkish market competing against legacy incumbents. Volt Lines reduces emissions and traffic by turning premium 16-seater buses into a viable alternative to single-occupancy vehicles.
What do we do?
In Istanbul, over 50,000 buses operate at 31% efficiency. These buses, which contribute to the city's traffic with empty seats, could also be the solution to this problem. Volt Lines is the only shuttle service provider that has both software and transport service. This allows for optimal harmonization of the software and operation resulting in the creation of innovative experiences and services. Notable examples of these innovative services include DRT and Marketplace. DRT (short for Demand-Responsive Transport) was covered by a Harvard Business School case study that is being taught at the MBA program in Boston. Marketplace on the other hand allows companies to sell empty seats on their buses to neighboring passengers who are going in the same direction at the same time.

We're looking for a CEO's Team Member to join us in shaping the future of urban transportation using the latest technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the CEO and Chief of Staff on daily or/and project-based tasks.
- Organize communication and cadences between the CEO and all functions.
- Manage projects that are related to the CEO's Office and ensure timely conclusion.
- Prepare/update corporate and commercial slides and materials.
- Provide ad-hoc and recurring business reports/analysis.
- Develop growth strategies for Volt Lines with the CEO and the Management Team.
- Follow up on the latest trends in the transportation industry and startup ecosystem.
- Work on new business development projects in Turkey and overseas.
- Work closely with the different teams on strategic topics for improving and optimizing business processes.
- Excellent command in English and Turkish and ability to work in multi-cultural & multi-lingual environment
- University degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, strategy or CEO office.
- Experience in directly reporting and closely working with the CEO and/or Chief of Staff.
- Demonstrated ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis, to be able to transform complex data into easy-to-understand visuals and reports.
- Critical thinker with a data-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent capabilities in MS Office (Power Point and Excel) and Google Workspace.
- Tableau, Power BI, Metabase knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines.
