Description
As a Client Executive/Senior Client Executive in our Corporate Risk and Broking business, you will ensure existing client handling and growth of client accounts in line with the overall client relationship management strategy for Large and Complex Risk Clients (Holding and large complex risks) and the Natural Resources industry (Power, Oil and Gas, Mining) in our team in Turkey. This position is a client facing role utilizing professional skills in Commercial Property and Casualty insurance to maintain and enhance a large and complex client relationship while also ensuring client retention.
As a Client Executive/Senior Client Executive you will be responsible for:
- The entire sales process from approaching to securing clients in order to ensure sales targets are met
- develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects and clients including research, initiation of contact, meeting, response to RFPs, new business presentations, and accurately maintain system in order to create and convert sales opportunities
- Respond quickly and accurately to new business introductions
- Prepare client and prospect presentation
- Negotiate with Insurers and Reinsurers to get the best offers
- Present the quotations to prospect and convince them using our services
- Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant products and services
- Work closely with clients, insurers, reinsurers, other WTW offices e.g. London, Dubai, Singapore etc. to resolve issues and identify opportunities to increase the value of services to clients
- Support Sales and Placement through approaching the international reinsurance markets and preparing sales documents (presentation file), broking slip, compare quotations for prospects and other documents as required

Support Service Delivery through performing standardized, high-volume operational activities to support both client & market-facing specialists across the end to end placement life-cycle for new business and renewals and through coordination of internal activities for managing client queries
Qualifications
- University degree preferably Engineering, Management, Economy, Political Science from a reputable university
- 3-6 years experience in insurance and reinsurance broking with placement and / or sales experience for Large Risk and Energy insurance
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, including critical thinking and adaptability
- Client-oriented, innovative, high integrity
- Strong sales skills including presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English
