We are currently looking for a Contract Manufacturing Project Manager to join our Operations team.

Type of contract: Permanent
As a Contract Manufacturing Project Manager, you will have the following responsibilities;

• Ensure flawless execution of Nestle Dairy and Aseptic processing Quality requirements and adaptation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for Nestle Ready to Drink (RTD) & Dairy products
• Manage RTD, Nutrition & Dairy and Nestle Professional Innovation & Renovation (I&R) projects and ensure alignment with key stakeholders (Operations Teams, Businesses, Markets, Categories, Technical Competency Unit) : agreement on scope, product definition & timing, budget requirements. Ensure timely reporting of critical issues & scope changes.
• Drive the industrialization of Ready to Drink, Nutrition & Dairy and Nestle Professional aseptic products at Turkey Market level & actively engage in key global projects with stakeholders (End-to-End, Manufacturing Experts, Material Recipe Management, Nestlé factories, contracted manufacturers, etc...)
• Provide operational expertise to business partners to optimize project definition in early stage of REFINE & PREPARE phase.
• Support Innovation&Renovation process through innovative raw materials, recipes, processes, technologies and packaging solutions.
• Defining CAPEX(Capital Expenditures) needs and technological requirements working in close collaboration with Project Coordinators
• Coordinating all phases of the process: make or buy analysis, identification and selection of contract manufacturers, contract management
• Managing regulatory requirements that are unique for Coffee Ready To Drink , Nutrition & Dairy and Nestle Professional products
• Deliver on key Ready To Drink, Nutrition & Dairy and Nestle Professional Turkey aseptic processing projects
• Implement CO-Engineering standard for lease asset in balance sheet in Comanufacturers
• Execute Nestlé Continous Excellence tools in Comanufacturers to define root cause and counter actions
• Build and maintain expertise: business & product knowledge, factory & contract manufacturing network, relevant processing technologies, Innovation & Renovation Project Management, regulatory framework related to product development and production)

• Explore new technologies to drive innovation of businesses products & processes (in house or third party)

Which profile are we looking for?

• Management technical people in project group
• Experience at least 5 years of production and/or contract manufacturing, Ready To Drink and dairy specific manufacturing / operation experience
• Knowledge of nutritional products and technologies applied
• In-depth knowledge of packaging & packaging equipment & raw materials
• Product development experience
• Product costing
• Knowledge in Regulatory Affairs and Quality
• SAP end user knowledge
• Aseptic process and packaging line validation
