Role Overview


We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist based in Turkey. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing robust strategies that maximize ROI and drive conversions. You will manage significant advertising budgets, conduct in-depth data analysis, and work closely with Account Managers and the SEO team to ensure synchronized and impactful marketing campaigns. If you have a strong background in performance marketing and a passion for delivering measurable results, we want you on our team.


Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement performance marketing strategies that focus on driving high ROI and maximizing conversions across multiple platforms, including Google PPC, Pmax, and sophisticated retargeting efforts.
• Oversee substantial monthly advertising budgets, optimizing spend to ensure peak performance and financial efficiency.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, generate detailed reports, and use insights to inform strategic adjustments and enhance campaign outcomes.
• Work closely with Account Managers and the SEO team to align marketing efforts, ensuring cohesive and successful campaigns that support client objectives.
• Lead the creation and management of digital campaigns for e-commerce and B2B clients, including targeted retargeting on social media platforms and CPC strategy optimization during critical buying periods.
• Maintain strong client relationships through bi-weekly performance updates, providing strategic advice and resolving any issues in collaboration with the Director of Marketing.

Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns, with a focus on Google Ads and achieving high ROAS.
• Proven ability to handle significant monthly ad budgets and deliver optimized results.
• Exceptional English communication and reporting skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex data and strategies.
• Familiarity with Tik Tok, Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, Programmatic ads, and experience with Bing and Microsoft Edge campaigns is highly desirable.
