These 100% domestically produced machines are exported to over 50 countries across four continents. Under the KATFlex brand, it provides adhesive flooring, panel coverings, and technical insulation solutions for the automotive and railway industries.

We are looking for an Export Operations Specialist to join our factory located in Eskişehir location, where our packaging machines are assembled. This role involves overseeing production processes, managing commissioning, and providing training services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in International Trade, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in export operations.
• Experience in foreign trade and customs regulations.
• Knowledgeable in international trade legislation.
• Advanced written and spoken English; a second foreign language is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office programs, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with strong communication skills and a sense of responsibility.
• Resident of Eskişehir.
• Holder of a Class B driver’s license with active driving experience.
• For male candidates, military service must be completed.

Job Description

• Plan, coordinate, and manage export processes.
• Prepare and deliver quotations based on customer requests.
• Track production and shipment statuses of orders, keeping relevant departments informed.
• Perform document checks for orders in production.
• Coordinate transportation by liaising with the sales team or customers before the shipping date.
• Update documents according to actual loading information and prepare them for export processes.
• Deliver completed export documents to sales representatives or customers.
• Provide support to the sales team in proforma preparation or customer complaint follow-up when needed.
• Enter data into relevant files and systems.
• Take notes during sales meetings and prepare reports.
• Regularly report operational data, such as delivery dates for undelivered products, to the sales director.
• Organize international transportation, customs clearance, and insurance processes.
• Prepare, track, and periodically report export documents.
• Ensure accurate application of logistics processes under EXW, DAP, and FOB Incoterms.
