We are seeking for an Executive Assistant to join our EY-Parthenon strategy team in Istanbul with the following qualifications;

Bachelors Degree
Min. 10 years of professional work experience preferably as an executive assistant
A Good command of written and spoken English is a must
Very good knowledge of MS Office applications is a must
Able to handle high-level confidential information
Ability to organize and manage daily activities of Management Team
Ability to handle multi tasks
Dynamic and enthusiastic

Job Description

Providing full administrative support to managers regarding clients and engagements
Prepare formatted written documents like engagement letters, reports and proposals
Arrange and coordinate meeting schedules, business travels and etc.
Managing incoming and outgoing calls
Maintain calendar of the Leadership team
Input datas to specific databases and monitoring
