Somerset Maslak İstanbul is looking for a Guest Service Officer / Receptionist to join our Guest Service team.

Required Skills

Preferably University graduate,
Good command of the English language,
At least 2 years of experience in the field,
Smiling, diction is correct, communication direction is strong,
Able to work with a focus on guest satisfaction,
Taking care of his or her appearance and personal care,
Able to adapt to intense work tempo and shift working hours,
Prone to teamwork, results-oriented, problem-solving, dynamic and adaptable
