About the Role
As our Head of Portfolio Strategy & Innovation, you will be responsible for leading the innovation roadmap in emerging markets, identifying trends and consumer insights, and overseeing product development.
What You'll Do

Develop and carry out our innovation plan for the Emerging Markets
Spot new trends and use consumer insights to find innovation opportunities
Guide the product development process from idea to launch
Create a framework that encourages creative thinking and new ideas
Promote a culture of smart risk-taking and learning from experiences
Measure how well our innovation projects are doing
Work with teams in different countries to create products that fit local needs
Lead teams to meet our business goals for growth and quality

What We're Looking For

A bachelor's degree in business, management, or strategy
At least 12 years of experience in strategic planning or innovation management
A track record of successfully leading strategic and innovation projects
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex information
Excellent at working with different teams and influencing others
Great at strategic thinking and presenting ideas clearly
Ability to work with international teams, often remotely
Strong decision-making skills to drive important projects
Deep understanding of consumers and customers
Excellent time management and negotiation skills
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
