Your Tasks – What do You bring as Human Resources Business Partner?
Oversee all aspects of employee relations, including performance management, employee development, conflict resolution, and communication
Responsible from recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews for the defined cluster
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with all labor laws and regulations
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues
Conduct training sessions on HR topics such as diversity and inclusion, harassment prevention, and performance management
Manage the HRIS system (Success Factors) and ensure data accuracy and integrity for the defined cluster
Stay current on HR trends and best practices to ensure Siegwerk Turkey remains a competitive employer

Your Profile – What You can expect as Human Resources Business Partner?
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field
7+ years of HR experience, with a focus on HR business partnering
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships within company
Experience in handling employee relations issues and conflicts
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
