We have an excellent opportunity available for a HR Manager to make a difference at Atlas Copco Turkey. The HR Manager lies within the People & Performance team and is based in our Istanbul Tuzla Office. You’ll be working in a high-performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting to the General Manager.

• to develop a high-performing team and deliver the CC objectives; providing professional leadership, support and development as a HR Business Partner to your respective functions: Sales, Marketing, Finance, .....
• Managing organizational design and changes of respective functions.
• Leading talent management & development strategy and people cycle executions amongst all functions.
• Upskilling leadership and functional capabilities of the organization.
• Driving the continuous improvement agenda focusing on engagement activities, empowering line managers in people management and building leadership capability.
• Regularly coaching and mentoring critical talents to identify individual strengths and development needs, developing and maintaining effective relationships and encouraging retention.
• Managing HQ administrative projects and budgets.
• Ensuring that the country complies with current regulations, internal policies & procedures and legislation.

Experiences and Competencies

• Minimum 5 years of HR Manager or relevant HR Business Partner experience
• Experience in strategic planning, people management and HR practices
• Team management
• Strong business acumen
• Ability to coach and advise senior stakeholders
• Experience in dealing with different cultures, adaptability and flexibility.
• Autonomous & proactive, ability to switch between stepping back for the bigger picture and stepping in to roll up your sleeves
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
