Our Position
We are seeking an experienced Lean Production Engineer to drive efficiency and quality improvements across our production processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles and a strong ability to lead teams in implementing continuous improvement initiatives. This role will oversee production operations, manage staff, and ensure that waste is minimized while productivity and quality are maximized.

- Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize production processes and reduce waste
- Manage daily production operations and ensure the efficient use of resources
- Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and workflow
- Supervise production teams, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Utilize Lean tools (Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping) to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (quality, maintenance, supply chain) to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor and analyze production data to drive performance improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations
Your Profile
Requirements:
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of Lean tools and methodologies (Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma)
- Proven experience in leading process improvements and optimizing production flow
- Leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and coach employees
- Proficiency with production software such as ERP systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred:
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
- Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
- Familiarity with Just-in-Time (JIT) production and Kanban systems
