We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our company which is located in Tuzla.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from relevant departments of universities,
Minimum 3 years of experience,
Preferably with work experience in the manufacturing sector,
Knowledge of MS Office programs and SAP,
Fluent in English,

Job Description

Following and organising import customs procedures, ensuring regular coordination with the Holding Import Unit,
Execution and reporting of the entire process from loading to delivery of raw materials or products in coordination with other units,
Observing the conformity of OHS equipment of incoming loading vehicles.
Follow-up of incentive certificates (DİİB, Investment Incentive etc.).
Follow-up and support of tenders subject to logistics services.
Following the EPDK permit document.
Ensuring that all logistics activities are carried out in accordance with the contract made with the transport company. Carrying out foreign trade transactions in accordance with the YYS legislation.
Contributing to SAP process development and improvement studies.
Monitoring the stock of Type A bonded warehouse of the enterprise and planning and monitoring the import of materials in accordance with production needs and priorities.
Making supplier and bank correspondence regarding the letter of credit process in letter of credit payments and following the process.
Ensuring that the payment of the cost of goods is organised on time according to the payment method and informing the accounting and finance unit.
Arrival controls of the shipped materials and reporting to the relevant units (ship tracking).
Inventory management, cost reduction, stock change, effective field management, optimum WIP management etc. Taking part in procurement-related activities and projects
Being responsible for critical purchases, tactics and transactions and directing relevant units, reducing threats/risks
Continuing the cooperation of existing processors, employing new providers and monitoring their performance,
To carry out planned joint projects and processes together with the Group Purchasing team
