As Marketing & CX Manager, you will be located in Istanbul, Turkey and will be responsible for overseeing marketing communication activities from the first time consumers see our brand, to making a decision to own or use our products, and everything in between and enhancing the overall consumer experience, ensuring that our consumer receive correct messaging and the premium level of service and support in each touch points. This role is driving consumer activations, loyalty, and business growth within EMEA Importers which is responsible for close to 40 countries in Europe, Asia and Africa.

We are seeking for Marketing & CX Manager with a bold vision and strategic mindset to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of brand strategy as well as consumer behavior concepts and be adept at leveraging data and messaging accordingly to create exceptional consumer journeys.
What you’ll do?
Your responsibilities within Marketing and CX will include:
- Managing integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns in line with Volvo Cars global strategies (including Brand, Product, Sales Promotion) and commercial priorities
- Consolidating annual and quarterly Importer marketing plans and supporting importer activities
- Managing all brand activations and collaborations e.g Brand spaces, launches, dealer conferences, sponsorships, partnerships
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive consumer experience mapping, in line with Volvo Cars CX strategy and aligned with needs and maturity of importer markets
- Identifying customer needs, expectations, and pain points to develop roadmap and improve the overall consumer journey
- Owning online to offline consumer journey, ensuring a seamless transition and premium experience throughout different touchpoints such as CRM tools, website, mobile app, and customer care center
- Utilizing data analytics tools to gather and interpret consumer data, generating actionable insights for consumer centricity
- Fostering strong relationships with importers to ensure they are engaged and aligned with Volvo Cars CX strategic direction
This is the right role for you if you are with 5 or more years of CX and marketing experience in a large or international company.
You also have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in consumer experience management, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong Marketing and Digital experience in both commercial and agency sectors
- Solid understanding and execution of building and representing brand in 360 degree channels with an genuine inspiring manner
- Knowledge and experience in CRM, DMS software, data analytics and appropriate use of the data across multi-channel and multi-use environments
- Strong understanding of the change management and consumer centricity
- Outstanding analysis and planning, interpersonal communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Power BI is an asset
- Advanced communication skills both in English and Turkish
