Responsible for: Marketing Manager PCP/HC


Scope of Responsibility:
The Personal Care Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of the plans for a segment/brand that will establish and maintain current and long-range marketing. The Marketing Manager handles all aspects of a brand/product line.


Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for volume and profit delivery on brand/product line
  
• Develop and implements annual marketing strategy and operating plans
  
• Handle media, consumer and trade promotion, market research, product development, pricing, volume and operations planning, and financial mix of brand/product line.
  
• Handle media production process and budget
  
• Present to customers on NPDs
  
• Handle business decisions and present related activities to Senior Management for review and direction setting.
  
• Support APM in customer/trade data collection and
  
• Lead multi-functional projects with Consumer Marketing and Sales.
  

Required Qualifications:

• Higher Education Degree; preferably in Economics, Management, Engineering
  
• At least 8 years of experience in Marketing/Trade Marketing or Advertising/Research Agency
  
• Proficient in English and Turkish
