ABOUT THE JOB

• Lead and manage all Mar Com initiatives for assigned regions, with a focus on Turkey.
• Provide strategic marketing support to sales teams.
• Collaborate with marketing managers of key accounts to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
• Partner with sales teams to implement market-specific promotional strategies.
• Manage monthly newsletters using Mailchimp.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of promotional merchandise.
• Design marketing materials (flyers, brochures, etc.) using Adobe In Design.
• Develop and write content for social media platforms (Linked In, Facebook, Instagram).
• Negotiate and manage contracts with national media outlets.
• Participate in business trips (2-5 days per month) and attend industry events and exhibitions.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or communications.
• Strong proficiency in social media management.
• Excellent command of English and Turkish (both written and spoken).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
