Mobile Test Automation Engineer

Opened in 2018, our Turkey office operates as the R&D arm of Rapsodo. We have offices located in Bayraklı & Technopark in the Izmir Institute of Technology, recognized by the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology as one of Turkey’s most successful Technoparks. Our offices incorporate UI/UX, Mobile, Cloud Technologies along with Computer Vision, Deep Learning, Data Science and Unity teams. Rapsodo is rapidly growing, and we are looking for team players who will contribute to deliver state-of-the-art solutions with us. We're looking for a Mobile Test Automation Engineer to join us!
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of test automation frameworks for cloud-based services and mobile applications.
- Conduct end-to-end testing on platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Develop automated tests for mobile functionality, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and QA teams, to ensure comprehensive test coverage and timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on test strategies.
- Continuously improve test automation processes and frameworks.
- Tracking the sprint completion of relevant development and test teams and ensuring smooth testing workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, with 4+ years in automation (cloud and mobile).
- Proficiency in automation tools like Selenium, Appium, and programming languages (Python, Java).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, mobile app testing (i OS/Android), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, mobile app development, and security testing.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- ISTQB or related certifications are nice to have.
- Experience with Dev Ops, Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux-based embedded systems is nice to have.
